* Provide assistance to the Chief Legal, Ethics and Compliance Officer. Manage her agenda, support her in day-to day activities and travel arrangements
* Provide assistance to the team; be responsible for managing, scheduling and organising internal meetings, business travels, teambuilding
* Handle the corporate housekeeping for some legal entities (organization of AGMs, organization of board meetings, Power of Representation, publications to the Moniteur belge, updating of commercial register data, contact with notary)
* Update different data base
* Putting in place tools and methods (including digital) to share best practices and know how within the legal and ethics & compliance teams
* Management of corporate documents for offers/opening of bank accounts/share transfers
* Follow up legal budget and invoicing
* Help prepare responses and gather internal documents for ongoing investigations, audit, certifications
* Handle all secretarial tasks
