Previous experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role is a plus
Knowledge of facilities management is appreciated
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent command of English (spoken and written) – any additional language is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
Integrity, service-minded attitude, and professionalism
Attention to detail, reliability, and precision
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while remaining responsive to guidance
