Working together with the Building and event Managers, the receptionist will combine a variety of tasks in reception management, building management and support in events. This will include:
Receptionist
Front office tasks : reception of the clients, visitors and providers, opening/closing the doors, supplies management, badges, keys management
Tenant management: Welcoming visitors and dispatching them to floors, Handling various front-line requests
Handling post mails and parcels
Supplier management
Printer management
Phone management
Property Management
Site management: Contact with building suppliers
Contact the technical staff for problems relating to toilets, plumbing, electricity, ventilation, heating, internet
Coordination with cleaning department
Lifts and Fire alarms
Access management: Activating and deactivating tenants entry badges and doors
Support for events
Meeting room management : Setup, refill, storage and handling equipment inside the rooms
Event coordination : Logistical and technical preparation of the venue
Checking equipment before and after the event.
Calendar management and access : Filling + Consultation availabilities
Invoicing management
