o You are multilingual English ‐ French ‐ German (both spoken as written) and are able to switch
between languages fluently
o You have a high school degree. A degree in communications / office management and/or
technological subjects is a plus
o You are familiar with scheduling/planning processes and underlaying tasks
o You are familiar with call centre processes, tasks and infrastructure
o You have experience with call centre communication practicestowards businesses and customers
o You have an affinity with technologies and are interested to learn new (Sharebox) products
o You are curious by nature, picking up information fast and allowing yourself to make mistakes
o You are able to handle stress environmental situations
o You have an analytical mindset and a solution‐minded approach
o Experience in call centres, root cause analysis, customer journey, complaint management or
incident management is a plus
